Eskom‘s notice on reportable irregularities
Monday, 09 July 2018: The Eskom Board is aware of the ongoing reportable
irregularities and irregular expenditure which relate to tender processes, the
distribution of confidential information, the parliamentary inquiry into Eskom and
governance related matters.
Detailed disclosure on the quantum of reportable irregularities and irregular
expenditure will be published with the release of the company’s annual financial
statements.
The Board has resolved to review all governance and has elevated decision
making to the Board until completion of its review process.’
