FURTHER CHANGE IN A MAJOR SHAREHOLDER
Shareholders are advised that African Wildlife Holdings, an affiliate of FS Investors, a
private investment entity based in the United States of America, has notified the
Company that it has purchased 60,291,000 Wilderness ordinary shares representing
approximately 24% of the shares in issue.
The shares acquired by FS Investors were acquired from Puma SE, Kering and Jochen
Zeitz, all of whom have now disposed of their entire holdings in the Company.
