NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("the
Companies Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Clicks Group has received notification from the Public
Investment Corporation Limited that it has disposed of ordinary shares in the
Company such that its total beneficial interest has decreased from 15.982% to
14.899% of the ordinary shares in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Clicks Group will
file the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
