NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has received a
notification that Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. (“Morgan Stanley”) has acquired a beneficial
interest in Reunert securities (the “Acquisition”).
Following the Acquisition, Morgan Stanley now holds 5.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company. The shares are held by discretionary managed funds and separately managed client accounts.
