Shareholders are referred to the announcement relating to dealings in securities by associates of directors and
by an associate of the company secretary of Vukile released on SENS on 19 July 2018 ("the announcement")
and are advised that the shares acquired by Imalivest SCI Balanced Fund, an associate of Anton Botha,
pursuant to the accelerated bookbuild undertaken by the company on 18 July 2018, were not acquired in terms
of the Vukile Share Purchase Plan as stated in the announcement.
