TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”)
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 20 July 2018 :
- acquisition of shares by Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd
on behalf of underlying clients, such that Prudential’s total beneficial interest in the
Company as of 20 July 2018 has increased to 10.01% of the issued capital of the
Company.
