APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Finbond shareholders are referred to the results of annual
general meeting announcement that was released on SENS on 2 July
2018, which advised that the Audit Committee recommended the
appointment of Deloitte as the new auditors of Finbond Group
Limited and that all shareholders present and by proxy approved
of the appointment in principle.
Further to this announcement, the Audit Committee has decided
to appoint BDO South Africa as external auditors, effective
immediately. This follows extensive deliberation on the
suitability of various audit firms for Finbond, considering
size, scale and current audit requirements.
