CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Kura Chihota has resigned as an independent non-executive director of
Fortress with effect from 25 July 2018. Kura intends to focus on his professional and business affairs
in Zimbabwe, where he resides.
The board of directors of Fortress expresses its appreciation for Kura’s valuable contribution since
Fortress’ listing in October 2009 and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
