CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that TMF Corporate Services (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited has been replaced by Ms
Joanne R Matisonn as Accelerate’s Company Secretary with effect from 1 September 2018.
Ms Matisonn has been the representative company secretary for Accelerate Property Fund on an
outsourced basis since 2014. She has a FCIS, H.Dip.Co.Law (Wits), M.A. in applied ethics for
professionals (Wits). She has extensive company secretarial and corporate governance consulting
experience.
The board thanks TMF Corporate Services (South Africa) (Pty) Limited for their services and looks
forward to Ms Matisonn’s continued contribution to Accelerate.
