Shareholders are hereby advised that CSG’s 2018 integrated annual report (“the
Integrated Report”), is now available on the Company’s website using the following link:
http://csgholdings.co.za/reports-results/. The annual financial statements set out in the
Integrated Report contain no modifications to the reviewed results which were announced
on SENS on 31 May 2018. The Integrated Report will be posted to shareholders on 8
August 2018.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of CSG will be held at CSG’s
Ukweza offices, 161 Lynnwood Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria on Wednesday, 21 November
2018 at 10h00 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the annual general
meeting on pages 160 to 170 of the Integrated Report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be
eligible to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 16 November 2018, with the last
day to trade being Tuesday, 13 November 2018.
