AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2018
Noteholders are hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of TUHF and the guarantor,
TUHF Holdings Limited, for the year ended 31 March 2018, are available for inspection at the registered
office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website, http://www.tuhf.co.za/investor-relations/#annual-
financial-statements.
In accordance with paragraph 7.6(c) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are advised
that, as set out in note 36 of the notes to the annual financial statements, TUHF Holdings Limited, being
the guarantor, has restated its previously published results for the following reasons:
- Treatment of the equity-settled share-based payment plan in the consolidated financial
statements of TUHF Holdings;
- Treatment of the preference share dividends which should have been treated as interest
expense; and
- Treatment of dividend income in 2016 which did not results in a restatement for 2018 but
narrative information was provided.
