Tawana Resources NL (ASX: TAW) (Company) is pleased to advise the appointment of Ms
Joanna Kiernan as Joint Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately.
Ms Kiernan is a governance professional with experience in a broad range of ASX listed
companies, predominantly in the resources sector.
Mr Alexei Fedotov remains as Joint Company Secretary of Tawana Resources NL.
Ms Claire O’Brien has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and retains her alternative role
within the Company.
