are advised that the audit report contained in the audited Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2018 released
today,contains the following additional information that was not
included in the modified review conclusion included in provisional
condensed consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2018 released on SENS on 29 June 2018:

“In addition, due to the limitation experienced as stated above,
I could not assess whether the deferred tax assets recognised would
be recoverable against any future taxable profits. Consequently,
I was unable to determine whether any adjustments were necessary
to deferred tax assets of R21.959million as disclosed in note 8 to
the consolidated and separate annual financial statements.”
