RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement published on
20 June 2018 (“the Announcement”).
Shareholders are advised that progress with regards to the offer received for the disposal of
the Stellendale Junction property has been slow. The Company is therefore considering an
alternative approach with this property.
Accordingly, in light of the above, and, as the disposal conditions and negotiations referred
to in the Announcement are still in progress, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company until further
announcements are made.
