Changes to the function of Directors
The board of directors of Santam Limited ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr PE
Speckmann will serve as chairperson of the company’s Audit Committee from 1 August 2018. Mr
Speckmann has been a member of the Audit Committee from March 2017 and also serves on the
Risk Committee.
Mr MJ Reyneke, who served as chairperson of the Audit Committee from 1 June 2016 will continue
to serve as a member of the Committee. Mr Reyneke will also continue to serve as chairperson of
the Risk Committee.
