Update on suspension
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 23 February 2018 and the various
cautionary announcements.
MEDR’s shares were suspended from trading on the JSE on 6 December 2016. MEDR is in
negotiations with a company for a potential transaction. Once these negotiations are
successfully concluded, a detailed announcement will be made.
As part of this potential transaction, the company will issue its outstanding financial results
and then apply to the JSE to lift its suspension.
