APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Miss Zandile Nangamso
Mankai (“Nan”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 10 August 2018.
Nan is a CA (SA) and holds the following degrees, a B Com (Accounting), B Com (Honours)
(Accounting) and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Currently she is the Investment Officer (Principal) of Bigen Africa Services Proprietary Limited
where she serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Social and Ethics Committee.
Previously she served as an investment manager with Lonrho Group and ABSA Capital and
worked in private equity.
The Board welcomes Nan to Curro and looks forward to her contribution towards assisting
the Board in achieving its objectives.
