The Board of directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to inform the shareholders of Mainland and the
general public that the abridged unaudited financial statements of the Company for the three months ended
30 June 2018 have been published and can be viewed on the Company’s website (www.mainland.mu).
Copies of the abridged unaudited financial statements for the three months ended 30 June 2018 are available
free of charge, upon request at the registered office of the Company at c/o Intercontinental Fund Services
Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.
Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and a
secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
