INTEREST IN SOFTBEV (PTY) LTD
Shareholders are advised that all the conditions precedent relating to the disposal of
the Company’s 41.38% interest in SoftBev (Pty) Ltd to The Beverage Company BidCo
(Pty) Ltd (“disposal”) have been fulfilled.
The Sale of Shares and Claims agreement (“agreement”) has accordingly become
unconditional and the disposal will be implemented in accordance with the terms of
the agreement.
