the Company’s Integrated Annual Report in respect of the year ended 28 February 2018, containing
a notice of the annual general meeting, and form of proxy (the “Report”), has been distributed to
shareholders.
The board of directors of MRI would like to bring to the attention of shareholders that the incorrect
ISIN code was included in the notice of meeting and form of proxy contained in the distributed
Report. The correct ISIN Code is ZAE000164562, as displayed on all Company SENS announcements.
The form of proxy remains valid and shareholders are to proceed to indicate their elections on the
proxy form included in the Report.
