CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Workforce (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Inshaaf Ross (“Ms Ross”) has been
appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Social and Ethics Committee with immediate
effect.
Between 1991 and 1998, Ms Ross was employed in the land surveying and architectural industries. She
subsequently joined Vunani Limited (“Vunani”) (then African Harvest) in 1998 and has since then, carried out
a number of roles within the group. Ms Ross is currently head of human resources at Vunani and her
responsibilities include employment equity and skills development. She is a member of Vunani’s Social &
Ethics Committee as well as the Employment Equity committee.
The Board welcomes Ms Ross, and looks forward to her contributions to the Company.
