CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Marius Bierman, Chief Financial Officer of Wearne and the Board have concluded a mutual
separation agreement. Mr Marius Bierman has resigned as a director with effective from 11 August 2018.
Ms Daleen Oosthuizen (BCom) who has many years of experience in financial management has been
appointed to complete the outstanding annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2018.
