FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS, the latest of
which was released on 2 July 2018, advising that the Company had signed a membership
interest purchase agreement, the full details of which have not been disclosed. The processes
required to conclude the transaction are all progressing as anticipated with the aim of
concluding the transaction in the third quarter of the year.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
