CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF INVESTEC BANK LIMITED (the “BOARD”)
Investec announces, in accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the
following change to the board of Investec Bank Limited:
Director not standing for re-election
As previously noted in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of Investec Bank Limited, Samuel Ellis
Abrahams did not offer himself for re-election as a director at the Annual General Meeting of Investec
Bank Limited, which took place on 08 August 2018. After having served on the Board for 21 years, Sam
has retired from the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 08 August 2018.
The Board would like to express their sincere gratitude to Sam for his many years of exemplary service.
