In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”)
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 16 August 2018 :
- disposal of shares by BlackRock, Inc. such that BlackRock’s total beneficial
interest in the Company as of 15 August 2018 has decreased to 4.998% of the
issued capital of the Company.
