CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Takalani Nengovhela ACIS has been appointed as company secretary of Cashbuild
with effect from 18 September 2018.
The current company secretary, Corporate Governance CC, represented by Mr Clive Kneale, will
continue with an orderly hand-over process until expiry of their contract, with effect from 30
November 2018.
