Further to the announcement on 10 August 2018 of the proposed allotment of 3,288,212 ordinary
shares (the “Scrip Shares”) pursuant to the Company’s Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Company can
confirm that the Scrip Shares have today been issued and admitted to the main market of the London
Stock Exchange Plc and will be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and have been issued and admitted to trading on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange .
The Company also announces that the Scrip Dividend Alternative Circular has been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and
on the Company's website at www.sirius-real-estate.com.
