RESULTS OF THE TENDER OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the finalisation announcement that was published on SENS on
Monday, 6 August 2018 relating to the tender offer to repurchase up to 4.99999% of the issued
share capital of the Company (“Tender Offer”).
Shareholders are hereby advised of the results of the Tender Offer, which closed on Friday,
17 August 2018.
The results of the Tender Offer are as follows:

Accordingly, Quantum repurchased a total of 11 080 359 Shares, representing 4.99993% of
the total issued share capital of the Company for a total consideration of R49 724 118.
The total issued share capital of Quantum will accordingly be reduced from 221 610 075
Shares to 210 529 716.
The requisite payments to shareholders as a result of the Tender Offer will be made today,
20 August 2018.
