NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (the “Act”), and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Stellar
Capital Partners Limited has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of MRI
such that its total interest in MRI decreased to 4.99% of the Company’s issued ordinary share
capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, MRI has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
