Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations regarding a transaction which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company’s securities.
The strategic intent of the envisaged transaction is to expand the Group’s geographic presence in the metal
recycling and trading business.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until
further details are disclosed and a further announcement is made to that effect.
