Non-Executive Directors (NEDS) of the Land Bank Board
The Land Bank is pleased to announce that the terms of office of the following Non-Executive Directors
of the Land Bank Board have been extended for a maximum of 6 months from 5 August 2018 to 4
February 2019:

• Ms M Makgatho
The extension of terms of office will ensure that the Board continues business without compromising
the Board quorum and its decision-making capacity. The extension further allows the Minister of
Finance the opportunity to finalise the Cabinet approval process regarding the re-appointment/
appointments of new directors.
