Shareholders are advised that the Rebosis management team held a pre-close conference call and
presentation at 14h00 on Tuesday, 21 August 2018, in anticipation of the close of its financial
year ending 31 August 2018 (“Pre-close Conference Call”). The Pre-close Conference Call was hosted
by Standard Bank Securities.
