CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that Mr Kevin Hardy and Mr Siphiwe Nodwele have resigned as executive directors
of the Company, both with immediate effect.
Due to the above, Ms Naahied Gamieldien has been appointed as acting chief executive officer
with immediate effect. New executives will be appointed in due course and the market advised
accordingly.
The board of directors wishes to thank Messrs Hardy and Nodwele for their contribution to the
Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
