Resignation of Dr Touré as director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Dr Hamadoun Touré has resigned from the board of directors of Telkom (“the
Board”) as an independent non-executive director with effect from 23 August 2018 due to his
commitments abroad.
The Board thanks Dr Touré for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
