Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service today, 27 August 2018 entitled ‘Acceptance of awards by the Group Chief Financial
Officer’ (“Initial Announcement”).
Shareholders are advised that the Initial Announcement contains an error in the disclosure of
the vesting dates applicable to the Retention Awards, which should be as follows:
Vesting dates: 144 906 awards on 01 January 2019
144 906 awards on 01 July 2019
The remainder of the disclosure in the Initial Announcement is correct.
