Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on Thursday,
23 August 2018 in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Company received a
demand to call a general meeting of shareholders (“General Meeting”) in terms of section
61(3) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (“Demand”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has confirmed that the Demand is valid
and will be convening the General Meeting.
