advised that Ms Lulama Boyce was appointed as an independent non-executive director on the AdBEE Board
of Directors and a member of its Audit Committee with effect from 29 August 2018.
Ms Boyce is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Commercial Accounting
Department at the University of Johannesburg. She has financial and consulting experience in both the private
and public sectors. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Coronation Fund Managers Limited;
Coronation Management Company (RF) Proprietary Limited and at Coronation Life Assurance Company
Limited.
