Redefine noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the size of Redefine's Domestic Medium Term
Note Programme dated 23 August 2018 (the "programme") from ZAR20 000 000 000 to ZAR30 000 000 000,
pursuant to clause 17 of the programme, with effect from 24 August 2018.
