CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Bernard Montgomery, a long-standing independent non-
executive director of the company, has resigned as a director and member of the Audit
Committee with effect from 31 August 2018.
The process of appointing a replacement for Bernard has commenced.
The board wishes to thank Bernard for his valuable contribution to the company over many
years and wish him well for the future.
