CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that:
• Mrs Catherine Radowsky has resigned as the chief executive officer of the company with
effect from 31 August 2018, with Mr Marcel Golding having been appointed as the chief
executive officer of the company in her stead; and
• Mr Marcel Golding has resigned as the chairman of the board of directors of the company
with effect from 31 August 2018, with Mr Masedi Molosiwa having been appointed as the independent non-executive
chairman of the board of directors of the company in his stead.
