Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 July 2018, wherein shareholders were
advised that Mr Jonathan Nyahuye had resigned as Efficient’s company secretary and that the process to
appoint a suitable replacement was underway.
Shareholders are advised that Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) has been appointed as Efficient’s acting
company secretary until such time as a permanent appointment is made.
Acorim is an independent company secretarial and corporate governance advisory service provider.
