RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Texton (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Shaheeda Mia has resigned as an independent
non-executive director of the Board with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Ms Mia for her contributions to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Texton will commence the process to appoint an independent non-executive director to the Board and the
Company’s Audit and Risk Committee, and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been
made.
