CHANGES TO THE FAIRVEST AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the following changes to the Company’s audit and risk committee:
- Mr N Mkhize has been appointed as the new chairman of the audit and risk committee,
with effect from 3 September 2018, replacing Mrs KR Moloko who resigned from the
board effective from 3 September 2018; and
- Mr TJ Cohen has been appointed as a new member of the audit and risk committee
with effect from 3 September 2018.
