RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, MICROmega announces the
resignation of Cornelia Kemp as an executive member (Group Financial Director) of its board of directors (“the
Board”), with effect from 31 October 2018.
The Board has elected to accept Cornelia’s resignation from the Board and to appoint Pierre Van Eeden as
Group Financial Director.
Pierre is a qualified Chartered Accountant and previously held positions as Financial Manager of NOSA
Proprietary Limited, and more recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Sebata Group of Companies before
accepting the position as MICROmega’s Group Financial Director.
The Board welcomes Pierre and looks forward to his contribution to the Company as Group Financial Director.
The Board would like to thank Cornelia for her dedication, hard work and commitment over the past few years
and wishes her well in the future.
