CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) and (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised
of the following changes in relation to the Company Secretary of
the Company:
1. Miss Nobulungisa Mbaliseli (“Nobulungisa”) has resigned as
the Company Secretary with immediate effect; and
2. Mr Mohamed Wazeer Moosa (“Mohamed”) has been appointed as the
new Company Secretary with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Nobulungisa for her contribution to
the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The Board welcomes Mohamed and looks forward to his contribution
to the Company.
