NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (the “Act”), and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Claymore Capital (Pty) Ltd has acquired a
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Ecsponent such that its total interest in Ecsponent increased to
5.1% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Ecsponent has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
