RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 1 February 2018 in which they
were advised that the Company has received a non-binding expression of interest (“EOI”), which
could possibly result in an offer being made to shareholders, and to the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 25 July 2018.
Constructive discussions with Cargo Carriers Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“CCH”) – which currently owns
61.11% of the issued share capital of the Company – are continuing. However, to date such
discussions have not resulted in a firm intention by CCH to make an offer in terms of the Companies
Act, 2008.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares
until a further announcement in this regard is made.
