CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders and bondholders are advised that the board of directors of Hospitality (the "Board")
has appointed Mr Robert Nicolella as an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality,
following the resignation of Mr Keith Randall as an Executive Director and CEO, effective 1 November 2018.
The board is further pleased to announce that Mr Randall's skills and expertise will be retained by the company
and with effect from 1 November 2018, he will step into the role of the Chief Operating Officer of Hospitality.
Mr Nicolella has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since 1 September 2016. Robert is a Chartered
Accountant (SA). He joined Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited ("HCI") in 2011. He serves on various
subsidiary boards and currently heads up the HCI Properties business.
The Board thanks Keith for his contribution to the company during his tenure as CEO and welcomes Robert in his
new role.
