CHANGES TO THE CORONATION REMUNERATION AND NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the following changes to the Company’s remuneration and nominations
committee:
- Mr Jock McKenzie has stepped down as chairman of matters that relate to
remuneration and Dr Hugo Nelson has been appointed as the new chairman on
matters of remuneration, with effect from 6 September 2018.
- Mr McKenzie remains a member of the remuneration and nominations committee.
- On matters that relate to the nominations and appointment of individuals, the
committee continues to be chaired by independent non-executive director and
chairman of the board, Mr Shams Pather.
