CLARIFICATION OF NOTE IN ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on 31 July 2018
in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Company has distributed its annual
report, incorporating the notice of annual general meeting (“Annual Report”).
Further to the publication of the aforementioned SENS announcement and the distribution of
the Annual Report, shareholders are hereby advised that it has come to the attention of the
Company that a printing error occurred in Note 10 of the annual financial statements as
contained in the Annual Report.
For the avoidance of doubt the Company has corrected Note 10 and the updated Annual
Report is available on the Company’s website at
